Refund Policy

As per our refund policy when the expert has completed the work, the call will be automatically routed to the associate of our customer service department and if you are not satisfied with the service, your entire amount will be refunded. And if you are completely satisfied with our service, you will be given 7 days warranty. If the same issue arises within the next 15 days, that will be fixed free of cost. In case the customer is not satisfied with our services the money will be fully/partially refunded only if you contact us within the 7 days from the day you had made the call. No money would be given back if you don't approach us within the 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have rendered our services/products under your name, you are its owner and it cannot be "canceled" until the duration of the services/products has expired. Cancellation of service renewals for on-going services/products, website hosting services must be reported at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period. No cancellations will be entertained for those services that we had offered on promotional offer/special occasions (Black Friday Deal, Thanks Giving, Christmas, New Year etc. deals) or Discount period. Those are limited time offers by the Company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions. Services will automatically renew until a service is canceled. If you do not wish to renew your Monthly or Annual Service agreement you must cancel your account by sending an email at info@phoenixglobal2llc.com or calling our contact centers. Phoenix Global2 llc also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice if we found some suspicious/spamming activities from customer end while using our services.
